In a world of automation, we take a thoughtful, human-centered approach—ensuring each application is carefully reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition team to fully understand your experience and potential.

Prepare by reviewing Incyte’s values, pipeline and business activities. Reflect on how your experience aligns with the role. Come ready to share authentic examples of what you do and how you work. Also, we appreciate candidates who come prepared to ask thoughtful questions.

During the interview process, you’ll meet with a thoughtfully selected group of team members. We partner closely with the hiring manager to create an appropriate interview panel, ensuring you connect with people who you would likely collaborate with and who can best assess your skills and experience.

Yes, you are welcome to apply for more than one role at Incyte. However, to ensure a focused and meaningful evaluation process, candidates are typically considered and progressed through interviews for one role at a time.

This can vary depending on the type and level of role, and the part of the business you are interviewing with. Our recommendation is to stay closely connected with the Talent Acquisition team, and we can provide estimated timing.
